Last updated: June 10, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Brave Beyond Breaking DBA Melissa Saulnier ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the Stillwater website and application (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By continuing to access or use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes unlawful use, fraud, spam, intellectual property infringement, interference with security (including malware, probing, or scraping), and any activity that disrupts or harms the Service or other users.

3. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, documentation, content, branding, and underlying technology. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the scope of your selected plan.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Service Level

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Stillwater offers paid subscription plans. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the billing frequency selected (monthly or yearly) unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime through the Paddle customer portal or your Account page.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment (if applicable), security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall be limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, except where prohibited by law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the jurisdiction where Brave Beyond Breaking DBA Melissa Saulnier is registered.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
