Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to both monthly and yearly subscription plans.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. You can request a refund by visiting paddle.net or by contacting our support team at support@stillwater.app.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal or your Account page. Canceling stops future billing. You will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current paid period.
Exceptions
Refunds are not provided for subscriptions that have been active beyond the 30-day window, except where required by law. Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period are not offered.
